| McDonaldsGuy said: Oh yeah I just thought of another thing that is annoying me. Nintendo has clearly bought exclusives before. Sony and Microsoft are doing it now kind of. However, Nintendo DID do it this gen and what did they buy? Sonic the Hedgehog. Seriously, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Street Fighter, Tomb Raider, and Titanfall were ALL on the table and Nintendo chose Sonic?!?!?!?!? Not only that but Sega barely even cared and gave us Sonic Boom. |
Sonic the Hedgehog - Always worked quite well with Nintendo especially the M&S olympic games. Sonic Boom developed by Big Red Button "talented veterans from Naughty Dog, Heavy Iron, Luxo Flux and High Impact Games". What could go wrong?
Kingdom Hearts - Was both on DS and 3DS, should have been on the Wii and the Wii U. Probaly SquareEnix decision more than Nintendos.
Final Fantasy - Nobody knows when it will release.
Street Fighter - Moderate success lately
Tomb Raider - Not very big since the 90s, the 2013 reboot success was unexpected.
Titanfall - EA do not speak with Nintendo.
