Some keyshops are not legal, they don't sell legits keys, but for $40 you might find legits one, but less than that in launch day is unlikely.

So, you might be right.

atm they are in the 40ish category, but the prices fall closer to relase day for the most games.  and i never had problems with greymarket keys.
