Hype only refer to the amount of excitement for the game..... itself doesn't matter if the game is good or bad.
Since its a February release the game will probably be underhype. Negative preview and demo experience has probably hurt this game sales already. I don't plan on ever owning a PS4 but I do think that The Order 1886 is a game worth exploring and I would be somewhat hype if I was a PS4 owner.
