I personally would say 25m is the absolute max, 20m is certain in my opinion though

Reason being

New pricepoint: XBox only spent Nov and December at its 349 pricepoint, the majority of the year it was either more expensive or equal to PS4. 

Xbox One was $320 + $50 gift card making it $270 with 3 free games.  Why do we keep forgetting that?

A PS4 price drop would do just that.

That was on black Friday. You act like it was every day and world wide. Why do you forget that. Also ps4 didn't have any deals?
