Just like to point out, If you were the head of a company and were very close to the edge finacially would you A) say no to a company to try to stay faithful to another with at the time alot less hardware? Or B) be grateful your arse was being saved and take the money for in return whatever they wanted.

Does everyone forget Take 2 were involved with Bioshock? That was 360 exclusive in terms of consoles.
