But why would take two take fifty million dollars, when they could easily sell two three or four million units on the PS3 and easily make that back...


Because they needed to pay the bills now and not when GTA was out?

I don't think it will be a new city... though i do think the content will be HUGE.  Perhaps a few new areas in the city, some extra storylines possibly told through other characters and a few new ites here and there.
