Nintendo, easily. Quality over quantity.

Although it looks like their output for 2015 (especially on Wii U) is likely to be greater than it was in 2014, so maybe they'll start getting the quantity thing down pat as well.

Sony and Microsoft's published games look interesting-ish (mostly I'm curious to see how Quantum Break and Uncharted 4 turn out, though I'm worried they'll fall into that classic pattern of not allowing a ton of freedom for exploration) but most of the stuff from major third-parties (EA, Ubisoft, Activision, etc.) interests me less and less. And even if it did interest me, most of it is available on at least three different platforms.
