Arcturus, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd (which I just got the plat finally) should be 2-stars, taking into account that the first one is also a 2-star plat.
The 2nd one is basically the same game, but with more grindy requirements that require 20 more hours to finish than the original. The votes at PSTrophies.org is again inconsistently on the low side.
