Funny that this is in Nintendo discussion.
Well as of last week it would have to be how fragmented and unfocused their hardware strategy has become. In under 4 years the 3DS has 5 different models. One of them is available in almost every country in the world, but not in the console's homeland. Another is available worldwide except in the largest video game market in the world.
The abundance of model-exclusive accessories is depressing. Battery extenders. Circle pad attachments. Covers and face plates. Pimp out your 3DS, then trade it in for a new one (or a New one) and start over from scratch because none of your old stuff fits the n/New one.
It's just a huge mess and they're not making it any better with their absolutely horrible naming choices.
