Yes I can but I adjust quickly to 30 even after playing a higher FPS for awhile. I never notice the "stuttering" that occurs when they go with a variable framerate like in Second Son as it just looks slightly smoother than 30 to me. I feel more immersed with better graphics and would rather have them lock at 30 than sacrifice a bunch for 60 since I don't play MP a lot anyway.
