I would love to have one and an entire collection to play arcade perfect ports at home but a single game costs hundreds to thousands of dollars, so that ain't happening anytime soon. TurboGraphx 16 is also a fascinating console, it's such a adorable tiny little console caught between the Genesis and SNES and as a result only really saw success in Japan. It has a lot of cool games on it and it's relatively cheap so I definitely wan to pick one up sometime soon. |
its actually possible to play these games on original hardware without buying the world. There is also the neo geo mvs that you can consolize which has way cheaper neo geo games including multicards with 100 of neo geo games in one cartridge. The neo geo aes can also play neo geo Mvs games with a converter, there are multicard conversions in aes format as well.

Yeah, I am aware of them since a friend of mine has a MVS with multicarts but I want a AES and it's games along for collection purposes. What's nice about the MVS as well is you get the full cabinet so you really do get the arcade experience and as you said the multicarts make it much cheaper in the end.

The aes can play mvs games too with a converter, above is video
