GTAIV on PS3 will have a mandatory 5 minute install. Optional on Xbox 360?

No it isn't. It's all about higher sales numbers. Let's not fool ourselves.  No one would choose to have framerate problems.  The lack of a hard drive being standard across all models is fucking ridiculous.
