Apple files patent for iPhone with actual analog stick (3DS doomed?!?!)

Apple patents a lot of stuff they never use just so if they ever decide it's a good idea they can go with it and if someone beats them they can sue.

I wonder if Nintendo can troll sue Apple for the analogue stick like Apple sued for the "rectangle" design Samsung "copied"
