You do know that self-proclaiming that you're a Playstation fan does not give you a free pass from not reading the article, right? If you actually read it, you would see that it describes Uncharted 4's gameplay improvements.

I did read it, the 2 main paragraphs are about specs and graphics, then rest are just little tibits.

-The texture resolution in Uncharted 4 has been quadrupled compared to Uncharted 3

-They have also found ways to develop highly detailed surface without using adaptive tessellation by using aggressive background LOD algorithms.

I am mainly talking about the big releases for ps4, it's not all about Uncharted 4, but they have been hyping up graphics since the E3 trailer. I would like to hear devs talk about gameplay during development, then graphics near the release. Now a days, they talk graphics graphics graphics, then gameplay right before release.

Really now? The stuff TruckOSaurus pointed out in his reply to you weren't just "liittle tidbits". In fact, it is quite descriptive and shows how Uncharted 4's gameplay has evolved without removing the Uncharted feel.

As for your closing paragraph, you claimed that for all PS4 exlusives, devs only talk about graphics. It's not just Uncharted 4 that disproves your claim. Bloodborne, as well, also disproves your conjecture. Did you see Sumo Digital talking about "graphics graphics graphics graphics" on LittleBigPlanet 3? No, they mainly talked about the new creativity features and the new characters: Oddsock, Toggle, and Swoop.
