Well, being on the powerfullest machine available, being somewhat a linear game (although it sounds by what they've benn saying lately that you'll have more "freedom" than in the previous games), and being made by a developer known for its talento in making great looking games, I'd say there's high chances it will be the best looking game so far.
Maybe The Order and Quantum Break can hustle for that "title" but I wouldn't put my money on them.
