You do realize that ~135k in the US is considerably more than half of 209k, and obviously 140k, right? If we're talking combined numbers, then it would make perfect sense for the game on a single system to sell less than on two systems at once -- and that is completely disregarding the userbase argument (which I think did play a major role in sales).
