He's saying PS4 will win more NPD's out of the 12 months in a year, which is not exactly a bold prediction.

It has February and March on lock (The Order+Bloodborne) Plus Until Dawn is releasing sometime in the summer so that's another month most likely. Xbox doesn't spread out it's big exclusives very well, right now everything is a September or later release, at least it is to my knowledge.

So yes, I agree with OP. PS4 will win more NPD's than Xbox, even if Xbox is 50$ cheaper.
