give the choice for consumers, so they will buy what they need and want.
if it had cost 220$ and cames with charger, most of consumers who already have the charger would prefer to pay 20$ less to not having something they already have.
But nothing change for those who dont have the charger, just buy a charger separlly. Of course it must be in the shelf beside.
