if I am 100% sure he is one because I saw him do it myself and I do exactly know that he did it on purpose and not in self defence and there is a chance he would do it again then MAYBE.
But when its "hey this is fox news this one is a killer" or "hey this is your random corrupt asshole politician this one is a killer" then my answer would be FUCK YOU not going to kill people just because you lie to me.
