Top 20 Console Games of 2008 (Based on History)

I thought it would be fun to try and predict the top 20 critical successes of this year based on either real data if the game has been released, or the closest game to represent the title by. Ex. Gears of War 2 will be represented by Gears of War 1's score. I used Gamerankings to compile the scores. It seems the games that end up being among the best are not always the ones we expect to be. I'm pretty sure Call of Duty 4 was for many a surprise critical masterpiece during the early parts of '07. I'm going to give a list I compiled and if anyone wants to challenge it, i'll make adjustments if they fit. Just as a note, no games made by first time developers can be included since there's no historical data to pull up, so unfortunately Little Big Planet will not be eligible, even though I'm confident it'll be among the best by year's end. This is meant to be fun, so please try not to make this a huge war amongst consoles.

If anybody sees any games missing they think should be on this list just let me know which game and what data you believe would be appropriate to use as a score if it isn't released yet. Only use Gamerankings scores though to be fair. It's funny how different things can look when some of the hype is stripped away and some lesser known gems can shine through like Tekken 6 and Brutal Legend.
