STD(s) and some other guy(s) she is stringing along beats the hell out of him in a jealous rage?
Though I would guess she is simply using you when you're convenient for her, it is possible her intent isn't malicious. What is obvious is that she's very immature and not suitable for any relationship.
You guys are young and shouldn't be getting wrapped up in all this. Trust me, unless you're lucky, you'll have your whole adult life to go through this kind of misery. Enjoy being young, meet different girls, spend time with your family and friends, and plan for your education/career. Time is short, make the most of it.
