She's lying to you and being sloppy about it and doesn't really care about you and only cares about herself. She didn't MEAN to lie and hurt you, but... it just "kinda happened." She thought she wanted to get over her true love, then... got distracted and was single so she got with some other guy, and that didn't work, and then she remembered she liked you. She's got some growing up to do before she can settle down emotionally.
Don't worry about your feelings for her. It hurts and it sucks. You'll have to get over this. You will.
But what you need to do is look at this as an opportunity to break that bitch's heart into a million pieces and force her to grow up faster.
She says she wants to get back together. Say yes. Then take her out on a date, really far away, get her naked, and drive off with her clothes!
