Should I buy a game digitaly or buy physical and pay more?

I love physical cause I don't have to rely on a company's servers in order for me to download it in the future. So, if say, I want to play Senran Kagura Bon Appetit for the vita and I have to download it since my 4gb memory card can't hold shit and psn is down cause Lizard Squad is on their period again, I can't potentically play it all the time I want. But with a physical game, I can play it anytime I want.
