Deus ex HR a very excellent port and they fixed all the issues people had with the original game.
Rayman Legends was well designed around the gamepad it made it very appealing and fun to play.
RE Revelations i'd rank next, but could have been a bit better in my list if it wasn't only an upscaled 3DS port.
