All of your points relate to game reviews. Your title should be "Let's Save Game Reviews," or something like that. Gaming journalism doesn't really exist since most of the news you see on 95% of gaming sites is regurgitated from another source.
Greg Miller and Colin Moriarty (both formerly of IGN) had a very good discussion on why gaming journalism is in trouble (and why it isn't real journalism) on their daily show. I'll try to put up the link later.
