Oh he isnt at all.  Glacius has a good grab attack and one of the best wakeups in the game. It is no easy game going against good Glacius players.  Its just one of those matchups that favor Glacius.  Its just like zoners have issues with teleporters.  Just one of thos things you have to either learn how to play against or continually lose.  

Kan Ra is pretty terrible up close but a better zoner than Glacius.  He is more of a true zoner than Glacius

I'm starting to like zoning characters in fighting games, but no matter how hard I try I always get my ass handed to when I'm playing as Kan-Ra, just because he is mainly a zoning fighter.
