I have a OnePlus One, the invite program doesn't exist in HK, you can find these phones for sale just about anywhere.
If enough people express interest, I could buy a handful of them for people and ship them over. Obviously, you'll be responsible for all shipping costs, import taxes, etc, and there'll be no warranty or anything like that (I'll also take a cut to make it worth my while, nothing crazy, about 10usd per phone). Also, you'll have to put CynagenMod on the phone yourself, as over here it ships with ColorsOS by default (installing CynagenMod yourself is simple, I did it in about 20 minutes).
