Phil Spencer confirms it was worked on internally before Double Helix FACT, and I KNOW they said about 10 rare people worked on it and you dont want to believe it? Ok then. And im not going back through the bajillion streams and interviews on this game to find the quote. Them being credited for developement in season 1 is all you need to know FACT. And dont make excuses for why they were credited other wise. They WOULD NOT be credited for that if they didnt work on it in the first place. As Phil said, Internal team leads.
