But you first have to hack your system to play them, most of the time. So you already are crossing a bad line. Because of said company.

I'm sure modding a console isn't illegal, a lot of modding sites tell you at the beginning that it's only legal playing backup copies of games you already own and it's your responsability if you decide to actually pirate games.

Everything that pertains to this, is basically illigeal in the US half the time. Like one step is a no no. Read a CD's fine print that's released recently. It basically says if you lend this disc, it's illgeal. It's so broad in words. By even letting someone else touch it, I'm potetionally doing a crime.
