Well, setting aside what the law accepts as legit, I dunno, if it's something I've bought and paid for in the past, and for whatever reason (extremely rare) I've lost the original disc, then sure. Other than that, I use not being able to afford things, to encourage me to save more efficiently so that I can buy whatever it was that I missed.
