... um well firstly only Nintendo sells on Nintendo =P (not entirely true)
Seriously though I bet a lot of those Vita games are of the very niche kind, the kind that actually sell better on Vita than 3DS.
The only other thing that beats it is PS3/4 and looking at PS4's list theirs a lot western games or games with potential in the west (as well as those with potential for both Japan and the west)... also most probaly cant run on a 3DS =P
