Yep thats right the PS Vita remake of 2008's Persona 4 has gone on to surpass it in sales at the end of 2014 without including digital sales. This is an amazing feat showing the growth of the series in recent years. This year we are expecting the release of Persona 5 on PS3 and PS4 and many believe it may become the first game in the series to surpass 1 million sales however with the legs that Persona 4 Golden has shown it could end up beating it to the punch.
In 2014 it went on to sell another 211,015. Only 170k away from the big 1,000,000 I can see it quite possibly making that figure by the end of 2015, if you include digital it should be a lot closer too after being apart of many sales on PSN over its 3 years.
