I read people having this same problem in neogaf, and it was a hardware problem, not a virus, something about the built of the ps4, like the hardware part that controls the ejecting of discs is very close to the bottom of the console, and the pressure of the floor can activate it, something like that.
The Harker guy who posts npd leaks in Neogaf had this same problem, started a thread about it, and people told him how to solve it.

Here I found the thread

the solutions

": at least from what I could tell, the little rubber foot under the ps4 that for some reason rests right under the eject button was in fact "riding up" on the eject button, like was mentioned above. I peeled it back. And then my ps4 is now resting on two dvd cases like in th video posted above, to prevent that little rubber nub from brushing against the eject button again."

What a silly, stupid design oversight. Though, I hope this does fix it for good so I don't have to send it back yet again.... I'll keep Ya posts but big thank you!

"I had the same issues I fix it buy propping up the console using rubber and cutting them into four piece on each corner. The problem with the ps4 ejection button is it is connected to the rubber feet and certain table's trigger it. "
