As a fan of games I applaud the western devs and japanese devs for keeping my fave past time alive and fresh on my consoles of choice , however I have noted some strong points and wonder if some of you disagree
I feel japanese devs on a combo and battle system excel much more than their western counterparts , and generally can produce better written characters and stories ( not saying plot but their story telling is better )
however western devs excel in freedom , choices, multiplayer , and graphical tech in general
both have grindy as hell games , but i feel japanese games have more grind than western games
