Go to the yearly (2015) and you will have this:

Simply add the month after the year in the link, with a "-" between them, here, looks how the link is now:

The same to get the weekly, simply add the day of the week after the month (this one you have to know which day it consider to change the weeks, but just go trying random numbers until you get it right and them is just keep adding 7 until that month end), as here:

Thanks! That seems like a pretty round-about way of doing it haha. It's almost like a cheat.
