The manga has more art like that though it tends to not be as lewd. The artist, Ishida Akira, is really good. The particular manga is Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - "Be Mine, Hero!" "I Refuse!" Though there is an anime, the art for that is pretty bland in comparision to the light novel and the manga.
