Try creating a new user account, which will get rid of any extra things you have running, and go from there. Can you access the system menus, such as the system information and system settings so that you could potentially reset the firmware? |
problem with that is, i can't create a new user because when i select it on the xmb it still shows up as a loading animation and won't let me select it.
