Understandable, so you just want to have this game on your 120GB HDD forever.
Understandable again....bro, I would just go after buying the game at retail, or at a local Gamestop. It's like $9US and its way worth it than downloading the game off Xbox Live.
But its your personal taste, do what you want to do :D
