Yes, but considering what requirements games are requiring now this is surely alot.

Not really. A 7870 was a mid ranged video card when it launched (now an entry level essentially) and a game like the Witcher 3 has beautiful PC graphics that justify the requirements which really aren't that high for a game that looks this good
