Could ps4 do a slim and if so how small would the thing be. It's already lovely and compact 

Oh I am sure they could.  Moving to 20nm would allow for almost half the power use and therefore less heat as well.  I am guessing it could be made at least 25% smaller and lighter based on those reasons alone...
