PS4 is set in stone. It has become the default console.

Neither has big exclusives but PS4 is bringing some.
Both have the same 3rd party library which is 95% of their library.
Both have similar price and will largely stay that way.
PS4 has a better brand image.

PS4 will sell to the greater majority of gamers from here on out.

Nintendo will have 2015 final list of games and show off its next console in 2015 (late) or early 2016.
MS will continue to scrub along and aim for 2017 to be close to Nintendo and attempt to get head start on PS5.
Sony will be forced to meet 2017 announcement.

I really think last gen was the last time we'll see such a long cycle in hardware.
