Nope. Xbox One launched way too far after the crowd that enjoyed Wii decided to walk away from console gaming.
X360 already had a decent userbase in 2010 and the $150 Kinect price was perfect for that crowd. A $400 price point would never have worked for Kinect Xbox one and a couple games. Just like a WiiU for $350 with better launch games suffered. (better than the kinect lineup)
