What if the Kinect launched with Xbox One?

I don't think it would have helped that much cause by the end of the wii's life, motion controls in general were dead and I really don't think that Kinect would have changed that or breath new life into it. Specially since most of the kinect games were laughable

I think the only reason Kinect sold so much was cause it had a large install base rather than it being a system seller
