At this point it's really weird when they release license games on Vita and not 3DS. They're pumped out just to make money, so why would you put them on the system that's aimed at adults with the small install base? Are people making these decisions with no knowledge of the systems, maybe because they're just saying yes to proposals without looking into them? There's a Muppet game coming out exclusively for Vita too.
EDIT: Apparently it's not exclusive and they just didn't want to show the other systems in the video? Well whatever the case, I'm pretty sure the Muppet one is still exclusive, and it's still really weird that they would do that.
