Nvidia Tegra X1 - 1 Teraflops of compute power in a mobile chip

It's 512GFLOP/s single precision. That is how Xbone and PS4 are measured. Supercomputers are measured double precision.

And that would only be at full clock speed by the way. Not sure if any Tegra X1 device will get the full speed. If so, that still would be great though.
