This is a really early mp-beta. Almost one year from release. In games, that's a life for optimizations.
So while that beta might give a good outlook for the final mp gameplay and as well give 343 important feedback so the mp wont be as hated as Halo 4's mp it says absolutely nothing about final resolution, fx and all that.
The important thing right now is the gameplay, which looks just right.
Eight years ago i had some early Halo 3 footage on a magazine dvd, actually looked pretty shitty, much worse than the final game ten month later.
