my plan is not to have to upgrade for awhile and after few years just on epart or so. this should be good enough right  especially for 1080 60fps?

That setup does not make any sense. General rule: If your CPU is more expensive than your GPU, you're not building a gaming PC.


Get an i7 4790k, put what you safe for CPU and mainboard towards a 980. Get a PSU half as big. Then it starts making sense.
