Sony's never confirmed the CPU clock rate for their processor. Anyone saying x1 has a faster CPU doesn't have facts to back it up, just speculation.
I've read articles stating that the PS4 CPU base clock is 1.6GHZ and clocks upwards based on need. Does that make it true? Hardly - there is no confirmed clock speed for ps4, just generally accepted statements
