And about selling returns as news, that probably isn't legal (at least in Brazil I'm almost certain), if the box was sold it left inventory so when coming back it can't be returned as the same because there is no invoice of the buying. So it also can't be sold as the same. Very dirt pratice.

Yep... and if they mix new merchandise with used they can't say with a straight face she changed the content, because they would have to prove they only sell new stuff and sony wouldn't send bibles in the box (or if that happened they would just demand a refund from sony as well), but as they mix if the case pushed forward they would have some trouble in court.
