Gravity Rush was the best game, it really stunned me how good it was and how invested I got in the story.  Tearaway made me get cramps in my face from smiling so much so gets close runner up. Dangan Ronpa is brilliant story and exciting trials rounding out an amazing top three.

The system is amazing and has tons of great games, especially if you enjoy Japanese (Shinovi Versus, Hatsune Miku, Akiba's Trip) games as much as I do.
